FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about how Reliorvex works with clients. These are not pricing quotes, guarantees, or contract terms.
What services does Reliorvex offer?
Six areas: software and application development; AI, automation, and quality assurance; IT support and digital systems; virtual assistance and business operations; customer support, marketing, and CRM; and NDIS provider administration.
Can Reliorvex develop custom business applications?
Yes. We build functional software such as business applications, portals, dashboards, APIs, and websites. The scope is agreed before work starts, and we do not treat marketing pages as the only kind of delivery.
Do you provide ongoing technical support?
Yes, when that is part of the agreed arrangement. Support can cover accounts, access, domains, hosting, platform maintenance, and related technical issues. Access changes still need client approval.
Can clients engage the team for project-based work?
Yes. Project delivery covers defined software, application, website, integration, or automation work with agreed deliverables and milestones.
Do you offer recurring or dedicated outsourcing arrangements?
Yes. Recurring support covers ongoing administration, customer support, marketing, IT, or platform maintenance. Dedicated outsourcing means an assigned resource or coordinated team under agreed responsibilities, schedules, and reporting. That is not a claim of a large existing workforce.
Can you work with international clients remotely?
Yes. Reliorvex is based in the Philippines and works remotely with clients in markets such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not operate offices in those countries.
How do project inquiries work?
Use the contact form to describe the work, the service area, and the timeline. When email delivery is configured, the inquiry is sent to the company inbox for review. We reply when we can confirm whether the request can be scoped.
Can you work with existing business systems?
Often, yes. Integrations, administration, and support are scoped around the systems you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM tools, or provider platforms. Exact access and permissions are agreed before work begins.
Do you provide software testing and automation?
Yes. Quality assurance can include functional, regression, API, exploratory, and automated end-to-end testing, as well as practical workflow automation. We do not promise fully autonomous AI systems or error-free software.
What type of NDIS administration support is available?
Specialist administration such as participant enquiries, service agreements, rostering support, Splose and ShiftCare invoicing support, credential tracking, and audit evidence preparation. Clinical decisions, regulatory approvals, NDIS registration, and certification remain with authorised provider personnel.
