Workflow map
A plain description of the steps, the systems involved, and where a person still reviews the result.
This service covers two related kinds of work. One is automation: AI assistants, notifications, approvals, and connections between the systems you already use. The other is software quality assurance: functional, regression, API, and end-to-end checks before a change is treated as ready.

The same information is typed into more than one system, and steps get missed.
Approvals and notifications depend on someone remembering to send them.
Releases go out with thin testing, and old bugs return after the next change.
You want AI to help with a defined task, not an open-ended system that acts on its own.
Automation and testing can be bought together or separately. We agree which checks, tools, and review steps are in scope.
A plain description of the steps, the systems involved, and where a person still reviews the result.
The assistant, integration, or notification flow we agreed to build, plus operating instructions.
Test plans, defect notes, automated scripts, or a release checklist, depending on what was scoped.
How to run the automation or the tests, and what they do not cover.
We look at the steps that are stable enough to connect or to test.
Approvals, exceptions, and customer-facing replies are called out before anything is switched on.
We configure the workflow or the tests, then validate the paths we agreed to cover.
You get documentation for running, pausing, and escalating the result.
Not by default. Where a workflow needs a decision, a customer reply, or an exception, we keep a person in the path. We do not promise a fully autonomous system.
Yes. Functional, regression, API, exploratory, and automated end-to-end testing can be scoped without a build, when the application and environment are available.
No. Testing reduces risk on the paths we agree to check. It does not prove that every possible case is free of defects.
When the workflow needs a new business application, portal, or dashboard, that build is scoped as its own project.
Describe the workflow you want to connect, or the release you want tested. We will tell you what can be scoped.
