Virtual Assistance & Business Operations

Each engagement has an agreed task list, schedule, reporting format, and escalation contact. The work can cover executive assistance, document preparation, finance administration, or workforce coordination. It is support for your process, not a claim that Reliorvex already runs a large operations department.

How the work is grouped

The groups below are ways to package the work. An engagement can use one group or a mix, once the task list is agreed.

Assistance

The daily coordination that keeps a calendar and an inbox usable.

  • Email and calendar management
  • Document preparation
  • Research and data entry
  • Appointment coordination

Finance administration

Records and follow-up. We do not replace your accountant or approver.

  • Invoicing administration
  • Accounts receivable tracking
  • Timesheet checks
  • Payroll administration support

Workforce coordination

Scheduling and hiring steps that follow your criteria.

  • Recruitment coordination
  • Workforce planning
  • Scheduling and rostering
  • Operational reporting

What is getting in the way

  • Email, calendars, and documents depend on one person who is already doing another job.
  • Invoices, payments, and timesheets are tracked in too many places.
  • Recruitment and roster changes are coordinated by message, with no single record.
  • You want a regular report of completed work, not a vague promise of support.

Deliverables

Organised records
Inboxes, calendars, trackers, and formatted documents kept to the format you approve.
Finance trackers
Invoice registers, outstanding payment lists, and timesheet summaries when that work is in scope.
Workforce updates
Candidate trackers, onboarding records, and coverage notes for the period we support.
Activity report
A regular note of completed tasks, open items, and anything waiting on a decision.

How we approach it

  1. Step 1

    Write the task list

We name the tasks, the tools, and the person who approves exceptions.

  2. Step 2

    Set the schedule

Hours, turnaround, and the reporting day are agreed before work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Work inside your process

We follow your templates, approval rules, and naming. We do not invent a parallel process.

  4. Step 4

    Review the load

Recurring work is reviewed so the list still matches what you need.

Practical questions

Do you approve payments or hire people?

No. We prepare, track, and coordinate. Approvals, offers, and regulated decisions stay with the people you name.

Is this a dedicated assistant or a shared queue?

Either. A recurring block of work and a dedicated outsourcing arrangement are both available. The difference is written into the proposal.

Can NDIS administration sit here?

General operations can. Participant administration, Splose or ShiftCare billing, and audit preparation are described under NDIS Provider Administration so the limits stay clear.

Related services

  • NDIS administration support

Administration that is specific to an NDIS provider is handled as its own service, not as general virtual assistance.

  • Dedicated outsourcing

Recurring support and dedicated outsourcing are two of the ways an engagement can be arranged.

Let's Discuss Your Requirements

Send the tasks you want covered and how often they happen. We will propose a schedule and a reporting format.
