Project Delivery
A defined software, application, website, integration, or automation project. Deliverables, milestones, and acceptance points are agreed before the work starts.
Our process
Choose a project, a recurring service, or a dedicated support arrangement. The steps below are how that work starts and how it is reviewed. Timelines depend on the scope.
A defined software, application, website, integration, or automation project. Deliverables, milestones, and acceptance points are agreed before the work starts.
Ongoing help for administration, customer support, marketing, IT, or platform maintenance. The task list, schedule, and reporting format are set in advance.
An assigned person, or a small coordinated group, working to agreed responsibilities, hours, and reports. This is not a claim that Reliorvex already runs a large workforce.
We talk through the business need, the requirement, and what you expect at the end. A call or a written brief both work. The point of this step is to see whether the work fits what we do.
If we can help, we define the deliverables, the engagement model, who is responsible for what, and an estimated timeline. Work does not start until that picture is clear enough for both sides.
We set up the access you approve, then carry out the agreed work. Progress notes name what is done, what is open, and what needs a decision. A software build and a support queue do not use the same update rhythm.
You review the completed deliverables or the period of support. We address feedback that sits inside the scope. New requests are treated as a change, not an automatic addition.
A project closes with a handover. Recurring support and dedicated arrangements continue through a review schedule. Ending or extending the work is a separate conversation.
Tell us what you need. The first discussion is there to see whether the work is a fit.
